What are the payment methods? Cash or bank transfer

Can I be reimbursed by my health insurance? Yes, you can find the intervention request form in your mutual insurance’s online profile.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session? Yes. You have up to 48 hours before your session to reschedule or cancel without fees. After this period, the session is due.

Until what age do you offer follow-ups? I see patients from 5 to 30 years old.

In which language are the follow-ups? Follow-ups can be in French, Spanish, or English.
